The Public Outreach Program aims to promote Palestinian contemporary culture and life through creative encounters that target primarily the younger generation of artists and performers. It is a platform to showcase young talent in music, art, literature and cinema, as well as presenting a rich program of talks and performances about the city and its history, interpolated by an assortment of culinary activities involving local chefs and non-professional members of the community. Artists, writers, historians, musicians and performers are invited to give public performances including talks, discussions, readings, shows and film screenings with the aim to bring together community members and creative individuals in a shared space for experimentation, entertainment and free expression.

The 10th Music Days Festival

Al Ma'mal hosted Al Kamandjati Association for their annual 10th Music Days Festival. The 10th Music Days Festival is a music festival dedicated to broadcast a range of diverse, quality musical vibrations to the local population. The festival took place across the region in Jerusalem, Haifa, Nablus, Jenin, Deir Ghassana, Hebron, Bethlehem, and Ramallah.The concert at Al Ma'mal featured an Irish/Scottish theme with the musician Jonathan McBride.

Jonathan McBride is originally from County Derry, Northern Ireland and is now a violinist based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He completed his MMUS at the Royal College of Music and has played with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, and the Halle Orchestra. Jonathan is currently a staff member at Sistema Scotland's Big Noise Project, which aims to transform communities through music.
